ABOUT THE VANCOUVER POLICE MUSEUM AND OUR SINS OF THE CITY TOURS
The Vancouver Police Museum is North America’s oldest police museum. Located in a one-of-a-kind heritage building that was once the Coroner’s Court, the city morgue, autopsy facility, and city crime laboratory, it houses over 20,000 artefacts, photos and archival documents containing over 100 years of crime history—much of which is unavailable anywhere else in the world
As the only museum with access to archives and evidence from Vancouver's most notorious criminals and crimes, we began our Sins of the City tours several years back to share our wealth of knowledge to visitors looking for historic walking tours with an exciting edge. Walk through the narrow alleys where brothels, opium dens and gangsters flourished, and learn about the characters, crusaders and criminals who contributed to the city's exciting melange of history. No matter your interests, our Sins of the City tours are sure to captivate your attention!
